USAGE

It is used for machining 335mm jaw opening with the help of two milling cutters and bearing surface of jaw opening with the help of a vertical pass checker. Machining of two jaw openings is performed by turning the solebar in horizontal plane at 180° (see the scheme).

USAGE

 

It is used for machining supporting and director planes of jaw opening by four milling heads at once.

Two front Ø250 mm milling heads having vertical position of spindle are machining the supporting plane of jaw opening.

Two rear Ø160 mm milling heads having a spindle in horizontal position are machining side surfaces of jaw opening up to 335±1mm (see the scheme).

USAGE

It is used for machining vertical director planes and side planes of solebar jaw opening (except supporting plane). Machining of both openings is performed by turning the solebar in horizontal plane at 180° (see the scheme).

USAGE

 It is used for drilling the holes for friction plate rivets at the bogie side frame. Usage is possible without a conveyer.
